NOC Operations Engineer – CCNA Certified

Location:

Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Qualification:

B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization

Skills:

• CCNA Certification (Mandatory)

• NOC Operations

• Cisco Routing & Switching

• Networking Protocols: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, HSRP, VRRP, VLAN

• SDH, DWDM, Carrier Ethernet

• Call Manager, PBX, Voice Gateways, SBC

• Network Troubleshooting & Reporting Tools

• EMS/NMS Systems

• Communication & Prioritization Skills

Eligibility:

• 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in NOC operations

• Strong understanding of network configurations and telecom equipment

• Prior experience in shift-based work environment preferred

Requirement:

• Provide first-level technical support for network issues

• Generate and analyze network performance and traffic reports

• Troubleshoot IP and routing protocol issues

• Coordinate with field engineers, OLOs, and 3rd party vendors

• Maintain and update system backups and documentation

• Handle customer escalations and issue resolution

Basic Salary:

On average, up to ₹6 – ₹10 LPA (based on experience and skills)
