Job Role:

Sales Professionals (Retail Associate & Procurement Associate)

Location:

Ahmedabad (Ellisbridge, Mithakhali, Paldi, Pritam Nagar, Kagdiwad, Vishalpur, Navrangpura, Khanpur, Lal Darwaja, Ambawadi, Parimal Garden, Tulsibag, Bhatta, Shreyas Colony)

Qualification:

Any Graduate

Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Sales and networking expertise

• Lead conversion and dealer management

• Auction and bid management

• Customer handling and telesales

Eligibility:

• 1 to 4 years experience in Sales / BPO / Auto / Customer Service

• Freshers with the right attitude are also welcome

• Willingness to work 6 days a week (1 weekday off)

• Punctual, target-oriented, and ready to hustle

Requirement:

Retail Associate (RA)

• Engage and call potential car sellers from leads

• Achieve daily calling and conversion targets

• Build rapport, negotiate, and close deals

• Track leads, follow-up, and drive performance

Procurement Associate (PA)

• Manage and onboard used car dealers in assigned territory

• Drive dealer engagement and encourage auction participation

• Monthly dealer transaction management and relationship building

Basic Salary:

Up to ₹2,00,000 to ₹3,50,000 per annum (depending on experience and performance)
