Job Role:

Presales Intern

Location:

Gurugram

Key Features:

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred)

• MBA/PGDM/M.Com in any specialization is a plus

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in eCommerce, SaaS, and Customer Experience tools

• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; CRM familiarity is a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Eligibility:

• Freshers and students eager to build a career in sales and business development

• Passionate about sales and lead generation

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in lead generation and outreach via calls, emails, and social media

• Qualify leads and schedule product demos for the Sales team

• Understand customer pain points and provide tailored solutions

• Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions accurately

• Support sales campaigns, webinars, and marketing initiatives

• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams for sales strategies

Basic Salary:

Up to ₹20,000 per month (stipend for internship)
