Job Role:

Admission Counsellor (Inside Sales – Female Candidates)

Location:

Vadodara, Gujarat

Qualification:

• MBA in Marketing (Preferred)

• Any Graduate with relevant experience can also apply

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Admission counselling and inside sales

• Cold calling and lead generation

• Target-oriented with sales closure ability

• Comfort with telecalling and education counselling

• Confidence and persistence

Eligibility:

• Female candidates only

• 0.5 to 10 years of experience in admission counselling, inside sales, education counselling, or EdTech

• Freshers with MBA in Marketing are welcome

• Must be open to achieving monthly admission targets

• Must be comfortable with cold calling

Requirement:

• Generate leads and drive closures for university admissions

• Counsel prospective students and parents via phone or in person

• Cold calling and follow-up on inquiries and applications

• Maintain lead database and achieve weekly/monthly admission targets

• Represent Amity with professionalism and empathy

• Provide end-to-end admission counselling and support

Basic Salary:

Up to ₹3,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 per annum (₹25k – ₹50k per month depending on experience)
