Network Engineer (Young Graduate Program)

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field

Skills:

• Basic understanding of networking protocols and concepts

• Familiarity with Python, REST APIs, and JSON

• Interest in AI/ML, automation, and network infrastructure

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively

Eligibility:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in related technical domains

• Ability to work in a rotational job setup and dynamic work environment

Requirement – Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in technical training programs focused on IP, Optical, and Fixed Networks

• Work with actual network tools, equipment, and systems

• Learn and assist in network design, security, and troubleshooting

• Collaborate on live projects and mini group projects

• Rotate across functional departments to gain holistic experience

• Contribute to business operations under mentorship

• Deliver micro-teaching sessions and technical presentations

• Transition into a permanent role within NI APAC team post program completion

Basic Salary:

₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (based on experience, skills & location norms)
