Job Role:

1. Voice Process Executive (IN Bond Process)
   Job Role Brief: As a Voice Process Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining proper documentation and adhering to performance targets.

2. Blended Process Executive (Voice + Non-Voice)
   Job Role Brief: In the Blended Process role, you will interact with customers across multiple channels such as calls, emails, and chat, providing solutions to inquiries while ensuring quality service delivery and accurate case handling.

Pune, Maharashtra

Key Features:

• US Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

• 5 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)

Qualification:

Any Graduate (preferred) or equivalent qualification

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)

• Ability to manage customer queries efficiently

• Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage

• Ability to handle pressure and meet performance metrics

Eligibility:

1. Voice Process: Minimum 6 months of experience in an Inbound Voice Process

2. Blended Process: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Blended (Voice + Non-Voice) Process

Requirement – Key Responsibilities:

For Voice Process Executive:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Provide resolutions and maintain high customer satisfaction

• Record accurate call details and maintain database

• Meet defined process and performance standards

For Blended Process Executive:

• Interact with customers via calls, emails, and chats

• Deliver prompt and helpful responses to queries

• Ensure quality communication across channels

• Collaborate with teams for complex issue resolution

Basic Salary:

• Voice Process: Up to ₹4.92 LPA + Incentives

• Blended Process: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
