Job Role:

Field Business Development Executive

Responsible for engaging with local businesses, promoting Justdial’s digital solutions, generating leads through field visits, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, customer interaction, and the ability to work independently in assigned territories.

Location:

Multiple Locations – Delhi NCR, Haryana, Uttarakhand

Qualification:

  • Any Graduate (Fresher or Experienced)

  • 12th Pass candidates with minimum 2 years of sales experience

Age Criteria:

  • 18 to 35 years

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to understand and explain digital solutions

  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality

  • Willingness to work in field and travel within assigned locations

Eligibility:

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills

  • Experienced candidates with background in field sales, telecom sales, insurance, FMCG, etc.

  • Candidates must be comfortable with on-site sales visits and lead generation

Requirement:

  • Interacting with local business owners to promote Justdial’s digital products

  • Visiting potential clients and generating leads

  • Managing pre-assigned and self-sourced leads

  • Educating customers about services, packages, and benefits

  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintaining relationships with clients for future business opportunities

Basic Salary:

CTC: Up to ₹3.6 LPA to ₹4.0 LPA
