1. Relationship Manager (RM)

2. Digital Officer (DO)

Location:

Axis House, Sector 128, Noida

Key Features:

• Outbound sales process

• 5.5 working days (2nd and 4th Saturday off + Sunday fixed off)

• Shuttle service available from metro stations: Okhla Bird Sanctuary, Shaheed Sthal (Ghaziabad), and Golf Course

Qualification:

Graduation (Mandatory)

Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence in handling outbound sales calls

• Ability to understand banking products and services

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Eligibility:

• Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in BFSI)

• Must be comfortable working in an outbound sales process

Requirement:

• Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and digital banking services

• Engage with prospective customers over phone and in-person if required

• Meet assigned targets and KPIs

• Handle customer queries and ensure high satisfaction

Basic Salary:

• Relationship Manager:

  • Fresher: ₹17,000 CTC

  • Experience (1–2 years): ₹18,500 – ₹20,500 CTC

• Digital Officer:

  • Fresher: ₹16,000 CTC

  • Experience (1–2 years): ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 CTC
