Field Recruiter

Location:

Badarpur, Delhi NCR

Key Features:

• Responsible for field hiring of delivery riders

• Door-to-door recruitment or spot hiring

• Daily target-based performance

• Flexible work hours

• On-the-field hiring coordination

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass

Age Criteria:

18 to 35 Years

Skills:

• Good communication skills

• Basic understanding of local areas

• Target-oriented mindset

• Basic reporting knowledge

Eligibility:

• Must have knowledge of fieldwork

• Willingness to travel locally for hiring

• Freshers can apply

Requirement:

• 1 smartphone with internet

• Local area address proof

• Ability to recruit multiple riders per day

Basic Salary:

Up to ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month
