Position: Application Engineer (Full Stack – CRM Platform Development)
Work on cutting-edge CRM and dashboard platforms to power Razorpay’s internal systems and client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build responsive and modular dashboard UI using React.js with TypeScript

• Develop secure REST/GraphQL APIs using Node.js or Python (FastAPI/Flask)

• Integrate workflow automation engines like Temporal, Camunda, or n8n

• Extend CRM platforms like Salesforce, LeadSquared, SAP with custom modules

• Drive integration with internal tools (CRM, RevOps, Risk, Data Lake, Ticketing)

• Build AI-powered features like FAQs, alerts, nudges, and reporting tools

• Follow enterprise-grade security standards (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, audit trails)

Eligibility:

• Experience: 4 to 8 years in full-stack development (preferably SaaS/CRM)

• Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, Node.js/Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

• Prior CRM integration experience is highly preferred

• Sound knowledge of API design, microservices, and event-driven architecture
