Job Role – Agency Sales Manager

Selected candidates will be responsible for developing and managing agency channels. The role includes recruiting insurance agents, guiding them to achieve sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient policy servicing. It involves market development and driving growth through a strong network of agents in the tied channel.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)

• Experience: 1 to 2 years (preferably in Life Insurance or Agency Sales)

• Location Preference: Bengaluru-based candidates preferred

• Skills: Agent recruitment, team management, target achievement, basic understanding of life insurance products

Salary & Work Details:

• Salary Range: Up to  ₹2.75 LPA to ₹3.25 LPA

• Employment Type: Full Time, On-roll

• Industry: Insurance – Life Insurance

• Department: BFSI, Investments & Trading

• Working Days: 6 days/week
