Job Role:
Desktop Support Engineer
As a Desktop Support Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals. You will troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, networking, and ensure effective incident management through ticketing systems.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / or related field

Graduation not mandatory if candidate holds relevant experience
Age Criteria:

20 to 35 years (Preferred)
Skills:

Troubleshooting hardware/software issues

Windows, Ubuntu, and Linux OS knowledge

Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP

Use of ticketing systems and remote support tools

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eligibility:
-
1 to 5 years of experience in desktop or IT support

Technically sound and self-motivated individuals
Requirement:

Office-based support; occasional travel for on-site tech issues

Ability to work flexible hours including support outside business times
Basic Salary:
Up to ₹14,583 – ₹25,000/month
(CTC ₹1.75 – ₹3.00 LPA)
