Job Role:

Virtual Care Officer – Customer Care
The selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls related to queries on banking products such as accounts, credit/debit cards, loans, mutual funds, and more. The role includes managing requests and ensuring resolution within defined service timelines.

Eligibility:

  • Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience

  • Must have telecalling or voice process experience (preferred)

Requirement:

  • Ability to handle inbound calls professionally

  • Adherence to service level and audit guidelines

Basic Salary:

Average Monthly Salary: Up to ₹18,000 to ₹26,000
(CTC: ₹2.2 – ₹3.2 LPA, depending on experience and performance)
