Job Description:

PhonePe is looking for a talented and mega creative Graphic Designer to join their team at Share Market.
As a Graphic Designer, you'll play a vital role in visual storytelling, transforming concepts and ideas into engaging designs across both Print and Digital Media. You’ll work closely with various teams to create designs that align with PhonePe’s huge branding and marketing goals.

Objectives of the Role:

Work on a range of projects across different media using design software.
Collaborate with managers and teams to ensure designs meet organizational standards, brand expectations, and business goals.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
Continuously enhance design processes and maintain internal design databases.

Responsibilities:

Work with different teams on materials such as web pages, presentations, signage, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
Transform strategic direction into high-quality designs while maintaining the brand identity.
Develop and execute design concepts, considering colour, text, font style, images, and layout.
Manage the design and uploading of project materials following best practices for content management systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
5+ years of experience with design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Figma.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
A desire to continue learning and enhancing your skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.
Knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, and WordPress.
Experience in photography and proficiency with photo-editing software.
