Job Role: Control Tower Executive

Location: Mumbai

Key Features:

• Control tower monitoring for shipment tracking and exception handling

• Responsible for timely delivery and stakeholder communication

• Performance management and MIS reporting

• Shift-based working (including rotational shifts and weekly offs)

• Data analytics and delay tracking

Qualification: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any stream)

Age Criteria:

21 to 35 years preferred

Skills:

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

• Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Shipment tracking and control tower operations

• Stakeholder management and performance reporting

Eligibility:

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or control tower functions

• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts and on national holidays

Requirement:

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days preferred

• Prior experience in logistics or transport monitoring is an advantage

Basic Salary:

₹2,00,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum (based on experience)
