Assistant Salon Manager / Client Coordination

Location:

Bengaluru (7th Phase JP Nagar, Sector 1 HSR Layout, Koramangala, Subramanyapura)

Qualification:

Any Graduate

Age Criteria:

22 to 35 years (preferred)

  • Salon Cleanliness & Maintenance Oversight

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in salon management or related customer-facing roles

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Passion for the beauty and wellness industry

Requirement:

  • Manage daily salon operations

  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle complaints

  • Supervise salon staff performance and manage shifts

  • Maintain hygiene standards and ensure inventory control

  • Execute promotions and handle petty cash management

  • Attend to new joinee onboarding and staff engagement

Basic Salary:

₹2.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA (based on experience)
