Job Role: Diploma Engineer Trainee (CR – Production and Quality)

Location: Ranjangaon MIDC, Pune, Maharashtra

Age Criteria:

• 18 to 25 years

Skills:

• Quality Inspection

• Manufacturing Process Oversight

• Electrical & Mechanical Basics

• Team Coordination

• Data Analysis for Quality Improvement

Eligibility:

• Diploma holders (2023/2024 pass-outs only)

• Willing to work in Pune (Ranjangaon MIDC)

• Good communication and technical understanding

Requirement:

• Understanding of quality control procedures

• Willingness to work in shifts

• Ready to learn on-the-job under senior supervisors

Basic Salary:

• Up to ₹18,000 per month
