Location: North Goa

Key Features:

• Handle client tickets/queries and resolve them within SLA timelines

• Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth shipment deliveries and dispute resolution

• Engage with clients for updates, queries, and operational challenges

• Handle escalations and provide RCA-based solutions

• Contribute insights to improve services and support product development

Qualification: Any Graduate

Age Criteria: 18 to 35 Years

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong problem-solving ability

• Customer service mindset

• Ticket and stakeholder management

Eligibility:

Freshers and experienced candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience in customer service

Requirement:

• Basic understanding of logistics processes

• Ability to handle pressure and multitask

• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented

Basic Salary: Up to ₹16,000 – ₹41,000 (based on experience)
