Job Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
Key Features:
- 
	B2B sales & key account management 
- 
	Managing and onboarding bus operators 
- 
	Traveling up to 16 days/month in the assigned region 
- 
	Focused on sales growth and operator engagement 
- 
	Full-time, permanent role in a high-growth internet-based company 
Qualification:
- 
	MBA/PGDM in Marketing (mandatory) 
Age Criteria:
- 
	No specific age limit, preferably 23–35 years 
Skills:
- 
	Strong communication and negotiation skills 
- 
	Basic Excel proficiency 
- 
	Understanding of B2B and FMCG-style sales 
- 
	Ability to explain tech-based products clearly 
- 
	Proficiency in English and local language (Gujarati preferred) 
Eligibility:
- 
	Minimum 1 year to 4 years of work experience in FMCG, Paints, Consumer Durables, or Internet/E-commerce sectors 
Requirement:
- 
	Willingness to travel frequently (16 days/month in the field) 
- 
	Ability to build and manage relationships with bus operators 
- 
	Aptitude to drive marketing and visibility efforts on-ground 
Basic Salary:
₹6.5 to ₹9 LPA (depending on experience)
