Job Role: Service Desk Analyst (Freshers)

Location: Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru

Qualification:

Any Graduate

Age Criteria:

18 years and above

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of ITIL framework and terminologies

• Familiarity with Windows, Mac operating systems, VDI environments

• Basic networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN)

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of Active Directory, MFA, printer mapping

• Ability to handle Outlook, MS Suite, O365, Zoom, VPN, browsers

Eligibility:

• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 4 years of experience are eligible

• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment

Requirement:

• Assist end-users with application, system, and network issues

• Troubleshoot IT incidents via call, chat, email, or walk-ins

• Log and track support activities accurately

• Take ownership of user problems and ensure timely resolution

• Adhere to customer service and service management principles

Basic Salary:

Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
