Job Role: Senior Engineer – Production (Refrigerator Division)

Location: Pune (Ranjangaon MIDC), Shirur, Ahmednagar

Key Features:

• Plan, manage, and execute daily and weekly refrigerator production schedules.

• Coordinate with foaming, press shop, HANA, pre-assembly, and CRF teams.

• Perform root cause analysis to resolve production issues effectively.

• Ensure compliance with product and process quality standards.

• Manage 6S on the shop floor and implement small improvement projects.

• Perform rejection and rework analysis, SFRN control, and safety adherence.

• Lead safety initiatives, trainings, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualification:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (Required)

• M.Tech in Production/Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical (Preferred)

Age Criteria: 22 – 35 years

Skills:

• Refrigerator product and assembly process knowledge

• Foaming and press shop handling

• Roll forming and mold changeover

• Knowledge of WMS systems and TPM

• Root cause analysis and systematic problem-solving

• Strong understanding of safety norms and SOP adherence

Eligibility:

• 2–7 years of experience in refrigerator production, foaming, press shop, and assembly processes.

• Must be willing to work in Ranjangaon MIDC, Pune, and nearby locations.

Requirement:

• Strong background in production management in the refrigerator division.

• Ability to handle advanced planning, productivity improvement, and quality control.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic Salary: Up to ₹55,000 per month (based on experience)
