Job Role: Area Sales Executive
Location: Bilaspur
Key Features:

Field sales role with a focus on driving segment-wise sales targets.

Manage channel partners and drive brand-building activities.

Support digital initiatives and DSR working across the territory.

Plan and execute mechanic meets, dealer/sub-dealer meets, and ensure visual merchandising in the territory.
Qualification:
Any Graduate (mandatory); MBA (preferred)
Age Criteria:
Up to 30 years
Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

MS Office proficiency

Planning & organizing ability
-
Channel sales, ROI, distributor handling
Eligibility:
-
2–3 years of experience in Sales within Battery, Automotive, Cement, Paints, Auto Ancillary industries preferred, or any sales domain.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Requirement:

Achieve monthly and yearly sales turnover targets.

Ensure effective communication and compliance with channel partners.

Execute brand-building activities and implement company schemes.

Support digital initiatives and on-ground DSR activities.
Basic Salary:
Up to ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and interview)
