Job Role:

HR Manager – CASA / Premier HR Manager – Business Banking (Current Accounts)

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Qualification:

Graduate in any stream (mandatory)

Age Criteria:

Maximum 30 years

• Understanding of Banking & Financial Services

• Leadership aptitude and organizational skills

• Field sales capability

Eligibility:

• Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services preferred

• Experience in business banking customer acquisition

• Ability to work in the field and open market sourcing

• Self-motivated with a passion to achieve targets

Requirement:

• Achieve business objectives of Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the branch

• Meet value, volume, and productivity targets

• Generate revenue through Current Account sales and cross-selling third-party products (Insurance)

• Source new high-value Current Account customers along with Family Banking relationships

• Promote Business Banking products like CMS, POS, and Beat services

• Acquire new customers through open market sourcing

Basic Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
