Job Role:

Executive – Inventory Management

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Key Features:

• Full-time, permanent position in Electronics Supply Chain

• Responsible for daily PI scheduling, inventory accuracy, SAP/WMS handling, and KPI monitoring

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

Age Criteria:

22 to 35 years preferred

Skills:

• SAP R/3 or Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge

• MS Office proficiency

• Strong interpersonal and people management skills

• Business and commercial acumen

• Ability to analyze and resolve operational issues effectively

Eligibility:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations

• Exposure to cycle count processes, KPI monitoring, and system coordination preferred

Requirement:

• Execute daily PI schedules and cycle counts for inventory checks

• Monitor stocks in storage locations, identify blocked stock, and raise alarms as needed

• Track and report inventory KPIs like cycle count coverage and accuracy

• Coordinate with Central PI teams for preparation and execution

• Resolve “not found” (999) cases to maintain operational efficiency

• Recommend and execute bin consolidation

• Act as local WMS champion for system issue resolution with HO D&L and IT teams

• Safeguard IT assets like PCs, printers, RF HHTs, and DT devices

• Analyze KPI gaps and implement corrective actions

Basic Salary:

₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
