Job Role:
Officer – AO&CS (Airport Operations & Customer Services)
Role Details:
You will be responsible for ensuring safe, secure, and on-time operations at the airport, handling various customer-facing and operational functions, maintaining IndiGo’s high-quality service standards while ensuring compliance with all operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities include:
Terminal Services:

Handling reservations, ticket sales, and cash remittance.

Managing check-in counters, baggage screening, and assisting special customers.

Supporting customers with mishandled/damaged baggage and reporting.

Filing necessary flight papers post departure.
Security:
-
Performing security checks following company guidelines and security programs.

Managing threat assessment and response capabilities.

Ensuring adherence to quality and emergency response procedures.

Preventing theft and pilferage of company property.
Ramp Operations:

Confirming ETA of flights and coordinating equipment readiness.

Managing bay operations, recording touchdown and chock times.

Overseeing baggage handling and ramp alignment for safety.

Managing smooth passenger deplaning and timely equipment retrieval.

Completing ramp documentation and ensuring adherence to loading instructions.

PAN India Airports (will be allocated as per base requirements)

Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline (mandatory for freshers)
Age Criteria:
18 years and above (as per IndiGo guidelines)
Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication
- Customer handling with a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
- Team player and quick learner
Eligibility:
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- No visible tattoos
- Valid passport mandatory
- Physically fit to perform operational duties
- Must provide previous employment documents (for experienced candidates)

Basic Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on role, location, and experience)
