Job Role:

Plant Head (AAC Block Manufacturing)

Location:

Pune, Maharashtra

Key Features:

• Lead and manage day-to-day plant operations.

• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with standards.

• Implement process improvements for cost-effectiveness.

• Drive safety and compliance culture across the plant.

• Work closely with procurement, logistics, and sales teams.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Age Criteria:

30 to 45 years preferred.

Skills:

• Plant management and operations leadership

• Quality control and safety management

• Strong technical knowledge of AAC blocks or similar manufacturing

• Budgeting and cost control

• Problem-solving and data analysis

• Excellent communication and team management

Eligibility:

• 10 to 15 years of experience in AAC block or similar manufacturing processes.

• Proven ability to manage plant operations with a focus on productivity and safety.

• Computer proficiency and experience with manufacturing software and analysis tools.

Requirement:

• Manage daily production and plant operations.

• Recruit, train, and manage plant personnel.

• Establish and monitor quality protocols.

• Analyze and enhance production processes for efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and plant compliance.

• Manage plant budgets, monitor expenses, and achieve financial targets.

Basic Salary:

₹7,00,000 – ₹14,00,000 per annum (based on experience and expertise)
