Job Role:

Senior Associate – Branch Operations

Location:

Mangaluru (Balmatta), Karnataka

Key Features:

• Full-time, permanent position in branch operations

• Customer-facing and backend operations role

• Exposure to insurance backend and documentation processes

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

Age Criteria:

28 to 38 years

Skills:

• Good communication skills

• MS Office proficiency

• Customer handling and relationship management

• Ability to handle backend operations and policy servicing

Eligibility:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or backend operations, preferably in insurance or banking

• Must be comfortable with customer-facing responsibilities and backend documentation

• Local candidates preferred for Mangaluru branch

Requirement:

• Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints

• End-to-end new business processing and policy servicing

• Claims documentation and follow-ups

• Maintaining files, registers, and system updates

• Revival calling for lapsed and paid-up policies

• Lead generation and supporting sales with lead closures

• Ensure business retention and support revenue generation through proactive initiatives

Basic Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and company policies)
