Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager responsible for driving the sales of EDC machines across multiple locations and ensuring efficient channels to increase merchant acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage sales teams across the assigned territory (Oil and Gas sector).
Set and track sales targets for the team.
Regularly review and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Research and discover innovative methods to increase customer engagement.
Enhance the sale of EDC machines to merchants and other partners.

Expectations & Requirements:

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Distribution Sales (EDC, fintech, Banking, or Insurance sales).
Proven leadership and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Excel (Optional).
Excellent at setting and achieving sales targets.
Ability to manage and inspire the team effectively.

Education:

Graduation or Post-Graduation in any Specialization.
