Job Location: All over Nagpur

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Axis Bank loan products: Home Loan, Personal Loan, Merchant Acquiring Business, Agri Loans, etc.

• Conduct field activities, generate leads from various sources including branch network, dealerships, and campaigns

• Work closely with branch heads and other officers to meet business targets

• Ensure timely lead follow-ups and maintain proper reporting and documentation

• Attend training programs, review meetings, and participate in bank-level sales drives

• Cross-sell relevant financial products and services

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (Minimum 12th Pass may also be considered)

• Experience: 0.6 to 5 years in banking or financial product sales
  (Freshers with strong communication and interest in field sales can also apply)

• Age Limit: Below 40 years

• Mandatory Requirement: Two-wheeler with valid license

• Preferred Skills: Sales, Communication, Lead Generation, Customer Handling

Salary and Benefits:

• Estimated In-hand Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and location)

• CTC Range: ₹2.2 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA approx.

• Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives based on targets

• Other Benefits: Petrol allowance, field support, and opportunity to work with India’s leading private sector bank
