Job Purpose:
Lead the Strategic Accounts Business across a cluster and drive market leadership in large corporate segments. Responsible for profitable revenue growth, customer satisfaction (NPS), market share (CMS, RMS), and cross-functional team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Own P&L, revenue, and profitability targets for Strategic Accounts in assigned cluster

Lead strategic B2B sales across fixed line, mobile solutions, and enterprise products

Build strong CXO-level relationships and drive complex solution selling

Foster Digital-First culture and co-create GTM strategy with enterprise clients

Drive multi-product penetration and ensure high NPS score and customer retention

Mentor area and national account managers; lead internal and external stakeholder engagement

Ensure compliance with sales processes and reporting discipline

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: MBA/PGDM in any specialization (Tier 1/2 preferred)

Experience: 12–15 years, with at least 4–5 years in leadership roles managing large enterprise sales teams in telecom or related B2B sectors

Preferred Background: Telecom, ISP, Enterprise Tech Sales, B2B IT Solutions
Salary and Benefits:

Estimated CTC Range: ₹45 LPA – ₹60 LPA (including fixed + variable)
(based on current industry trends for GM-level enterprise sales roles in telecom) -
