Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage senior leadership calendars, diaries, meetings, and travel plans

  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for scheduling meetings and workshops

  • Record minutes of meetings, highlight key actions, and manage follow-ups

  • Provide admin support for training sessions including invites, logistics, and documentation

  • Manage documentation repositories and databases for projects

  • Offer administrative and tool support for various internal EY platforms

  • Handle data capture and reporting tasks related to project or team requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline

  • Experience: 1 to 4 years in executive assistance, virtual administration, or office coordination

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English required

  • IT Skills: Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); proficiency in MS Outlook mandatory

  • Workstyle: Must be comfortable working independently, virtually, and across time zones
