Job Role:

Personality Development Trainer (Communication & Soft Skills)

Location:

Multiple Locations – Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Delhi

Key Features:

Qualification:

Any Graduate (preferably with certifications in soft skills training or behavioral psychology)

• Transactional Analysis

Eligibility:

• 10 to 20 years of experience in training/teaching/corporate coaching

• Strong command over English

• Prior experience in personality development and behavioral training

Requirement:

• Ability to deliver practical, story-based training sessions

• Engaging personality with public speaking confidence

• Strong understanding of emotional and interpersonal frameworks

• Able to manage and motivate groups effectively

Basic Salary:

₹7 – ₹12 LPA (Based on experience and location)
