Job Role: HR Generalist (Fresher)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Features:

• Focus: 70% Talent Acquisition, 30% HR Sub-functions

• Work closely with HR team on sourcing, interviews, onboarding & recordkeeping

Qualification: MBA (HR/Industrial Relations)

Skills:

• Hands-on experience in job portals

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP HR module preferred)

• Excellent communication (English)

• Strong interpersonal & coordination skills

Eligibility:

• MBA (HR) freshers or up to 2 years of experience

• Proficient in recruitment processes and tools

• Ready to sign a company bond

Requirement:

• Sourcing & screening candidates

• Handling interviews (in-person & telephonic)

• Coordinating with hiring managers

• Managing onboarding and documentation

• Maintaining personnel records (physical & digital)
