Job Role:

Sales/Business Development Sr. Executive / Executive

Location:

Chennai

Key Features:

• Drive area revenue growth through effective sales process management.

• Achieve revenue targets across product lines (DP, International, Retail, Cargo, E-Retail).

• Enhance revenues via channel partners including RSPs, Consolidators, FCCs, OSCs.

• Support new product development and launches in the assigned area.

• Ensure timely collections and reduction in outstanding receivables.

• Promote a performance-driven culture within the team.

Qualification:

Any graduate with logistics sales experience.

Skills:

Field Sales, Territory Sales, Retail Sales, Zonal Sales, Area Sales, Channel Sales, FMCG Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Regional Sales, Sales KPIs adherence.

Eligibility:

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in logistics sales.

• Proficiency in sales planning and channel management.

• Ability to drive revenue targets and market growth.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Requirement:

• Execute area sales plans effectively.

• Manage key channel partner relationships.

• Monitor collections and reduce overdue receivables.

• Contribute to market intelligence and competitor tracking.

• Ensure adherence to company’s sales and operational guidelines.

Basic Salary:

₹1,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum
