Job Role: Senior Manager – Business Finance
Location: Bengaluru

Manage end-to-end budgeting, forecasting & long-term planning

Analyze actual vs forecast performance and present insights

Lead P&L ownership with weekly/monthly MIS reporting

Strategic commercial insight and working capital management

Qualification:

CA / CMA / MBA in Finance (from premier institutes)

Skills:

Expertise in Business Finance, Variance Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting

Experience with SAP & preparing P&L reports

Strong analytical, communication & stakeholder management skills
Eligibility:

5+ years of post-qualification experience

Hands-on experience in managing business finance in medium/large organizations

Proficiency in SAP
Requirement:

Ability to drive financial insights and challenge performance metrics

Knowledge of Supply Chain Finance and GTM Finance is a plus
