Job Role: Senior Manager – Business Finance

Location: Bengaluru

Key Features:

• Manage end-to-end budgeting, forecasting & long-term planning

• Analyze actual vs forecast performance and present insights

• Lead P&L ownership with weekly/monthly MIS reporting

• Strategic commercial insight and working capital management

Qualification:

• CA / CMA / MBA in Finance (from premier institutes)

Skills:

• Expertise in Business Finance, Variance Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting

• Experience with SAP & preparing P&L reports

• Strong analytical, communication & stakeholder management skills

Eligibility:

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience

• Hands-on experience in managing business finance in medium/large organizations

• Proficiency in SAP

Requirement:

• Ability to drive financial insights and challenge performance metrics

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Finance and GTM Finance is a plus
