Position: Trainee (Apprentice)
Department: Production / Assembly
Work Type: Full-time, Rotational Shifts

 Responsibilities

Working in production & assembly line operations

Supporting day-to-day manufacturing processes

Ensuring quality & efficiency in assigned tasks

Following company safety & compliance guidelines

 Salary / Stipend

10th / 12th Pass: ₹11,258 (8 hrs) + Overtime (₹107/hr)

ITI Pass: ₹11,820 (8 hrs) + Overtime (₹112/hr)

Diploma Holders: ₹13,000 (8 hrs) + Overtime (₹112/hr)

Additional Benefits:

Attendance Bonus: ₹500 – ₹1,000 (based on presence)

Canteen Facility: ₹12 per day

Transportation Facility: ₹300 per month

Free enrolment under D.Voc / B.Voc courses
