Job Role :
Picker and Packer - Handling and organizing grocery and food items.

Location :

Noida - Cherry County

Faridabad - Sector 16, Saini Mohalla , Sector 86 , Sector 31 , Ballabgarh

Job Responsibilities:

Picking and packing small grocery and food items.

Placing packed items in their designated storage areas.

Maintaining accuracy and cleanliness during the packing process.

Following company guidelines for safe handling and timely operations.

Qualification:

Minimum 10th pass (must provide marksheet).

Valid documents:Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank passbook.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of packaging and inventory handling.

Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Good physical stamina and punctuality.

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹13,500 per month
        
Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month

Performance Incentive: ₹500 to ₹4,000 based on efficiency

Overtime: ₹142 per hour

PF & ESI benefits included

4 weekly offs

Shift Timings (Rotational):

Morning: 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Evening: 01:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Night: 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Other Details:

Duty hour: 9 hours per shift

Candidates must be ready for rotational shifts
