Job Role:
Field Sales Executive – CASA Sales
Location:
Pune, Nagpur, Mumbai (All Areas)
Job Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) through field sales.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their banking needs.
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and present bank products effectively.
Cross-sell and up-sell other banking products and services.
Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and potential clients.
Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities and customer feedback.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Skills Required:
Strong sales, communication, and networking skills.
Goal-oriented and target-driven attitude.
Knowledge of liability products and banking services preferred.
Ability to work in a team and achieve organizational objectives.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (as per experience).
