Job Role:
Production, Quality, Machine Shop, and Maintenance – Company Roll under NAPS

Location:

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machines as per production requirements

• Perform quality checks on manufactured components

• Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain safety standards

• Support maintenance activities and handle basic troubleshooting

• Adhere to company policies and productivity targets

Qualification:
10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma – Any Trade

Skills:

• Basic understanding of production processes and quality checks

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Willingness to work overtime and learn new skills

• Good communication and time management

Salary:

• For 8-hour shift: ₹13,000/- per month (plus mandatory overtime at ₹54/hour)

• For 12-hour shift: Approx. ₹18,616/- in hand

• Free company hostel and accommodation

• Three-time meals provided (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for 10th, 12th, ITI candidates
