Job Role:
Production Associate / Operator

Location:
Plot No B-5, Chakan Industrial Area Phase-II, Village Vasuli, Taluka, District Pune, Maharashtra – 410501

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain production machinery as per company standards.

Ensure quality control and adherence to production targets.

Follow safety protocols and company policies.

Assist in day-to-day production and workflow management.

Qualification:

10th / 12th Pass

ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate (BE/BTech also eligible)

Skills:

Basic knowledge of production processes

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

Good physical stamina and attention to detail

Willingness to work in shifts

Salary:

10th/12th/ITI/Graduate: ₹16,565 + ₹600 attendance bonus = ₹17,165

Diploma: ₹21,500

BE/BTech: ₹22,500

Bus facility free for Diploma and Degree students

Other Details:

Male and Female candidates eligible

Age limit: 18 to 30 years

Facilities: Canteen and Bus (Bus routes: Chakan, Balajinagar, Ambethan Chowk, Moshi, Bhosari, Nigadi)

Deductions: Bus – ₹800, Canteen – ₹40 per day
