Job Description:
Amazon is hiring Investigation Specialists to join its Shopping Experience Protection Operations team. The role involves investigating seller transactions, identifying risks, eliminating ecommerce fraud, and ensuring customer trust. The position requires analytical thinking, strong judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and evaluate facts surrounding seller transactions

Take appropriate action using standard procedures and tools

Document findings with detailed annotations

Communicate with customers via phone and email during investigations

Collaborate with internal teams, risk analysts, and engineers

Escalate issues systematically to relevant stakeholders

Meet productivity and quality benchmarks consistently

Basic Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline

0–5 years of work experience

Strong written and spoken English communication skills

Ability to handle and interpret large data sets
