Job Role:
Associate Manager - Cargo Sales
Location:
Kolkata, West Bengal
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies for domestic cargo markets to drive sustainable revenue growth
Build and nurture strategic relationships with key domestic clients, business partners, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Monitor, measure, and analyze domestic cargo sales performance using established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide detailed reports with strategic recommendations
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging growth opportunities within domestic cargo segments
Manage administrative functions including documentation preparation, client correspondence, meeting coordination, and sales process support
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Economics, Sales & Marketing, Finance, or related business disciplines
Strong academic background with focus on commercial operations or business development preferred
Skills:
Advanced client relationship management and exceptional interpersonal communication abilities
Comprehensive sales expertise with proven track record in revenue generation and target achievement
