Qualification Required:

Graduation not mandatory

Prior experience in outbound telecalling preferred

Work Experience: 1 – 5 Years

Salary Package: ₹1 – 4 LPA + Performance-based incentives

 Work Timings: Fixed Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
 Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Fixed Off)

 Job Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls with students aspiring to become Air Hostess or Cabin Crew

Counsel & convince students to attend free seminars

Provide detailed seminar & career opportunity information

Maintain student records & ensure follow-ups

Achieve daily/weekly call & conversion targets

 Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in outbound telecalling / telesales / educational sales

Strong convincing, persuasion & communication skills (Hindi & English)

Target-oriented with positive professional attitude
