Restaurant General Manager

Location:

Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant.

Ensure compliance with KFC standards in food preparation, service, and hygiene.

Manage profit & loss through cost control, inventory management, and labor planning.

Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve high performance.

Deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure 100% satisfaction.

Implement marketing programs and achieve business goals.

Maintain equipment, facility, and safety standards.

Drive employee recognition, motivation, and a positive work culture.

Qualification:

Graduate (any stream) OR 3-year Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.

5 years of hospitality/retail management experience, with at least 1 year in a senior supervisory or unit manager role.

Age: 24–35 years.

Excellent communication and customer service.

Financial and operational management expertise.
