Job Role:
Quality IPQC / SMT Engineer / ODM Quality Candidate / SPE (Quality Engineer – Fresher)

Location:
Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Job Responsibilities:

Perform in-process quality checks (IPQC) to ensure compliance with company standards.

Handle SMT PCB repairing and ensure smooth functioning of production lines.

Collaborate with teams for ODM quality improvement and defect analysis.

Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance protocols and reporting.

Work closely with production staff to maintain operational excellence.

Qualification:

Diploma / Polytechnic / B.Tech (Mechanical preferred)

Minimum 2 years of experience required for experienced roles

Freshers with B.Tech (Mechanical) can apply for SPE (Quality Engineer) position

Skills:

Strong knowledge of SMT, IPQC, and ODM processes

Hands-on experience in PCB repairing and troubleshooting

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments

Strong attention to detail and teamwork ability

Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 CTC (Based on experience & skills)

Other Details:

Immediate requirement – only experienced candidates in the same field are eligible (except SPE role for freshers).

Candidates must belong to locations outside a 300 km radius from Greater Noida.
