Job Overview:

A leading real estate company in Noida is looking for confident and result-oriented Telecallers to join its dynamic team. This role is perfect for freshers with a 12th pass or graduate qualification who have excellent communication skills and are eager to build a career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote the company’s real estate projects.
• Handle inbound inquiries from customers and provide detailed project information.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Explain property features, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the database.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and follow-up targets.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream).
• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
• Confidence, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
