Job Role:
HR Recruiter / Student Relationship Officer

Location:
Remote (Hiring office located in Delhi / NCR)

Job Responsibility:

Call target students seeking careers in banking and finance.

Counsel students and convince them for program enrollments.

Explain the institute’s training and placement process clearly.

Maintain follow-ups and track enrollment progress.

Meet targets and ensure high-quality student engagement.

Qualification:

Undergraduate in any stream.

Postgraduate or MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations preferred.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English.

Strong convincing and counseling abilities.

Target-driven with the ability to handle work pressure.

Familiarity with career counseling and student guidance.

Own laptop/PC and reliable internet connection.

Salary:

₹18,000/- in-hand per month + incentives

Other Details:

Work from Home

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
