Job Role:
Associate Sales Consultant / Tele Sales Executive

Location:
Gurgaon, Haryana

Job Responsibilities:

Contact potential and existing customers to discuss eyewear solutions.

Handle company-provided leads (no cold calling).

Guide prospects and connect them with the sales team.

Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver excellent customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales conversions.

Qualifications:

Graduate / Undergraduate (MBA or PG preferred)

Age: 21 – 28 years

0 – 3 years of experience in sales or telecalling (freshers welcome)

Skills:

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Confident and presentable personality

Ability to engage with customers effectively

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Fluent in English and Hindi

Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (CTC up to 3.60 LPA) + Incentives + Benefits

Other Details:

Pick & Drop facility from nearest metro station

ESIC, PF & Gratuity as per statutory laws

Group Insurance cover provided

Full-time, Permanent role

Work hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday, Sunday off)
