Job Role:
Telesales Officer (TSO) - Insurance Sales

Location:
Gurugram, Haryana

Job Responsibility:
Close insurance sales for health and life products through telecalling
Engage with Apollo healthcare families to understand insurance needs
Handle customer queries and provide detailed product information
Meet individual sales targets through effective follow-ups
Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain customer interaction records and sales pipeline updates

Qualification:
Any Graduate degree
1-3 years experience in insurance or digital aggregators
IRDAI certification preferred but not mandatory

Skills:
Proven telesales and outbound sales experience
Strong knowledge of health and life insurance products
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented with proven track record meeting sales targets
Customer service excellence and problem-solving abilities

Salary:
INR 3-4 Lakhs Per Annum with performance-based incentives
