Job Role:
Godown/Floor Officer - Store Operations

Location:
Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Responsibility:

Optimize Sales Associates utilization and manage ROTA scheduling for daily operations
Ensure floor readiness, hygiene standards, FIFO implementation, and proper product display
Oversee stock movement from warehouse to floor and monitor shrinkage patterns
Execute operational processes through team coordination and ensure safety compliance
Support managers during audits and handle store opening procedures when required
Manage cash handover to banks and provide recruitment gap updates to management

Qualification:

Any Graduate degree
4-6 years experience in QSR, Cinema, FMCG, Hospitality, or Logistics
Experience with retail chains like Spencers, Max, Zudio, Trent preferred
Team handling experience desirable
